  4.     Lights! Camera! Lawsuit! Private lives can suddenly become
  5. painfully public when the video camera is turned on, and this time
  6. the scene was particularly steamy. All the trouble started last
  7. summer, when Hollywood heartthrob ROB LOWE went to Atlanta to
  8. attend the Democratic National Convention. According to a lawsuit,
  9. the 25-year-old actor wasn't just politicking during his stay in
  10. the city.

  12.     An Atlanta mother alleges that Lowe picked up her 16-year-old
  13. daughter at a trendy downtown nightclub, then took her and a
  14. 22-year-old woman back to his hotel room. The result, says the
  15. mother, was a little homemade porn. Lowe had no comment but,
  16. judging by copies of the videotape that were circulating last week,
  17. the ensuing romp was hardly Oscar material -- or even a candidate
  18. for a summer rerun. The reviews, however, could turn out to be
  19. downright unfavorable for Lowe. The Brat Packer's alleged
  20. performance may get the thumbs-down from Georgia officials, who
  21. were investigating the case for possible criminal charges after the
  22. girl's mother filed a civil suit against the star.
